Accident Forgiveness
- First Accident Forgiveness. Erie will not surcharge an auto policy in the event of the first "at-fault" accident. (Waiting period applies to certain states.)
- Feature 15. Once an auto policy has been in force for fifteen consecutive years, Erie Insurance will not surcharge for an "at-fault" accident again.
- First Claim Forgiveness for Homeowners. Erie will not surcharge for any one homeowners insurance claim within five years.
