Auto Insurance
The Tony Zuback Insurance Agency is a brokerage for auto insurance. Our primary carrier is Erie Insurance. Some of the other companies we represent are Progressive and Mercury Insurance.
The following is an explanation of some auto coverages we offer:
- Full Tort Option*- coverage which gives unrestricted rights of recovery for pain and suffering
- Limited Tort Option*- coverage which gives restricted rights of recovery for pain and suffering
- Bodily Injury Liability - covers your legal liability for bodily injury claims
- Property Damage Liability - covers your legal liability for property damage claims
- First Party Medical Payments* - covers the medical expenses sustained by you or others in your auto as the result of an accident
- First Party Income Loss*- covers the loss of earned income for you or your resident relatives as the result of an accident
- First Party Funeral*- covers the funeral expenses sustained by you or your resident relatives as the result of an accident
- First Part Accidental Death*- provides a death benefit to you or your resident relatives for death as the result of an accident
- Extraordinary Medical Benefit- covers the medical expenses sustained in excess of $100,000
- Uninsured/Underinsured Motorists - covers your damages incurred by an uninsured or underinsured driver
- Comprehensive - covers your "other than collision" damages to your auto (i.e. fire, theft, vandalism, glass breakage, collision with an animal, etc.)
- Collision - covers your damages caused by collision or upset
- Towing- covers the reasonable towing expense for your vehicle being towed
- Rental Reimbursement- covers the cost of a rental vehicle to replace your vehicle while it is being repaired due to a Comprehensive or Collision claim
